I very seldom do reviews but felt compelled to let everyone know of the character that Tom has shown over the years. As a general contractor our reputation is directly tied to the people we bring out onto the jobs. With that said Tom has delivered time and time again. When it came time to redo my personal residence Tom was the only one i called. He worked through my insurance claim and handled all the headaches that they add to a project. Tom and his crew were the best to work with. From the estimate to final meeting, it was just a wonderful experience. They fixed our leaking roof, replaced truss parts and decking that was bad, then did the shingles! Great work. Thanks Preferred.

I had a tree fall on my house this spring. I contacted Tom and he came to my house after the tree was taken off and accessed my damages. He was very informative and helped me thru the entire process. I have never filed an insurance claim in my life and helped Mr thru this frustrating process. Answered all my questions and not only put a new roof, they repaired all the damage to the plywood and trusses.
